The Booking Process
Booking your trip through Journey South will not cost you any more than booking directly. We can do all the hard work for you, and can offer incredible experiences which you can’t book online. You will also have 24/7 support from us during your trip.
Step 1:
Get in touch via e mail, phone or through the contact form. We’ll then arrange a call to talk through your plans, what you like and what you don’t like.
Step 2:
Based on your preferences, we’ll send through a Journey Proposal within a week. This is an outline of your itinerary for your consideration with a quote, which can be fine tuned until you are completely happy. Journey South does not book international flights, but can book local flights.
Step 3:
We’ll take a deposit and confirm the trip, and then make all the bookings, and assemble all the elements of your exciting journey into your digital Journey Book.
Step 4:
90 days before you departure we’ll ask for your balance payment. You’ll receive your pre departure information, which includes a packing list and other helpful information for your trip.
Step 5:
You will receive a hard copy of your detailed Journey Book prior to arrival that outlines everything you need to know for your adventure. You’ll also have a custom App with your full itinerary on it with directions (if doing a self drive). We are certain everything will run smoothly, but if it doesn’t we’re on hand during your Journey!
