In addition, we take proactive steps to offset the carbon emissions generated by our road trips. As many routes do not yet support electric vehicles, we have partnered with Greenpop, a South African organisation dedicated to environmental conservation. Through this partnership, Journey South ensures that for each road trip Greenpop plants 10 trees in their TREEvolution projects across southern Africa. By investing in reforestation initiatives, we not only mitigate the environmental impact of our journeys but also contribute to the restoration of vital ecosystems across this very special part of the world.
